Background
We have worked with Leanne to support the promotion of local businesses and we discussed potential collaborations for the next instalment of her podcast series, Ladies of Liverpool.
Target Audience
Anyone who is interested in hearing authentic, captivating stories from the ladies of Liverpool.
Challenge
The much-loved queen of Liverpool, Leanne Campbell, was looking to restart her podcast, The Ladies of Liverpool. For the new series, Leanne wanted a professional setup and a place to call home, to invite a range of guests in to talk to her across a variety of brilliantly weird and wonderful topics.
Solution
Leanne now takes up residency in the podcast studio on a weekly basis, interviewing at least two guests each time to release an episode every Friday – to fans in Liverpool and beyond.
For this partnership, we look after the production and publishing of the episodes, and wraparound social media content. This means we film each interview, produce a minimum of two video clips for social media release to tease each episode in advance, and publish each episode for release at 00:01 every Friday morning. To support the launch of the new series, we also updated the podcast graphics and produced teaser videos.
Results
As a result, Leanne has so far amassed thousands of listeners from across the globe, reached hundreds of thousands through her social media content, and grown her social media platform by over 5,000 people in the first month of release.
