Background
The Health Innovation Network transforms lives through innovation - by supporting health and social care teams to find, test and implement new solutions to the NHS’ greatest challenges, driving economic growth.

Challenge
The national communications team at the Health Innovation Network (HIN) wanted to capture the impact of their work with short, animated videos to be played at a major conference. Time was short, budget was limited - and the innovators they wanted to film were spread all around the country.
Solution
Four innovators who had been supported by the Health Innovation Network to work with the NHS, were interviewed remotely using MS Teams.
The interviews brought out the game-changing nature of the support, from introductions to NHS decision makers to pilot programmes and evaluation reports.
These were edited into two-minute films which were overlaid with graphics highlighting the impacts.
Results
The videos received positive feedback from the HIN team, citing their usefulness in engaging audiences at the conference.
