St Johns Shopping Centre
St Johns Shopping Centre is the largest covered shopping centre in Liverpool, a well-established retail destination since 1969. With over 100 stores and unique fashion offers, the centre needed an update with young, fresh and vibrant input across all digital and marketing outputs.
As well as refreshing the internal presentation of the centre’s brand, and looking after media relations, we’ve used social media heavily to reach target audiences.
Multi-channel marketing campaigns have been strategically led by interactive content, such as video and online poll systems, to maximise engagement and contribute to credibility. For example, a ‘Student Trolley Dash’ was filmed, edited and published as Facebook content. This went on to receive more than 80k views, a social media record for St Johns.
