Recently bought by David Ross (Carphone Warehouse), Ballyclare was looking to deliver a feature-rich eCommerce solution to support its ambitious growth plans. Our solution was to create a full eCommerce solution with multiple price books for individual customers. Included in this was a complete back office integration, and a full CMS to enable Ballyclare to independently create new product ranges as they deliver on the growth plans.
This solution created an invaluable tool to enable account customers to order and manage their accounts online. Such is the success of the product, Ballyclare has recently commissioned an extension to the system to allow non-account customers to order and pay securely online.
