CSR ////
We like to do our bit...in fact, we think we probably more than do our bit! We are regularly climbing mountains, running races and shaking collection boxes for good causes. We also do our bit in regards to the environment.
Our CSR statement and environmental policy is outlined below.

Culture
We will educate and involve staff in the implementation of this policy, aiming for greater commitment and improved environmental performance.
Kenyon Fraser is a socially engaged business. As part of that we are committed to a programme of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Donations:
We make donations to a number of charities and support organisations including Nugent Care, Hoylake Cottage, LVSB, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, Pain Relief Foundation and the NSPCC.
Employment and Placements:
We encourage applications from the local community and have been involved with numerous work placement programmes with local schools, colleges and Universities.
Staff Contributions:
Kenyon Fraser staff also directly contributed to a number of appeals. These include Jospice, Bradbury Fields, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and the NSPCC Safe Place Appeal.

Donating Equipment:
We donate equipment, especially computers, to community organisations. In the past we’ve done this for small arts organisations and schools. Changes in Health and Safety concerns have made this more difficult for schools, so we are now looking at other sources who might use them or how to dispose of them in an environmentally friendly way.
Pro Bono Work:
We provide staff to organisations to carry out pro bono work, this includes Dream High in South Liverpool.
Awards and Prizes:
We have recently sponsored the North West Ambulance Service Annual Awards and the Toxteth Educational Trust Child of Achievement Awards.
Environmental responsibility:
We have a full written environmental policy. We seek to buy office products from sustainable or environmentally friendly sources.
Ethical Sourcing, Local Economic Development, and Fair trade:
We buy fairly traded products - especially tea and coffee, biscuits and chocolate - whenever possible. We prioritise business links with companies who themselves are committed to ethical sourcing and practice.
Finally, we seek small suppliers wherever possible for services and have a commitment to pay our bills within 28 days and prioritise small traders when paying.
