The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and we've gained two new members of staff! Fresh from their Innovator's Hub: Catalyst training - we welcome the two newest members of the Kenyon clan - Rian, Digital Account Executive, and Steve, Digital Developer.
Innovator's Hub: Catalyst is a 10-week creative digital programme designed to give 18-30 year-olds practical industry experience and ultimately help bridge the skills gap within Liverpool's creative and digital sector. The programme works with agencies in the local area to create an ever-evolving curriculum, providing knowledge and skills for the participants.
Having worked with many of Liverpool's most recognisable companies, Director, James Dunningham, and Digital Account Manager, Rosie Kenyon, were asked to host an afternoon session that focused on project management and client relations. And with some new clients joining Kenyons, they were both keen to find local talent to assist on upcoming projects. Perfect timing for Rian and Steve!
Applying his knowledge and interest in coding and web design, Steve told us: "I started working as a Digital Developer with Kenyons last month and am enjoying the opportunity to develop my skills and experience with such a creative team. Since enrolling with Innovator’s Hub at the start of the year, I have been hoping to find an opportunity to join the creative and digital industry in Liverpool, and I am really glad to have found that here at Kenyons."
Assisting the team with inbound marketing strategy, social media, and content, Rian said: "It's an incredible opportunity to join such a respected, talented digital agency. As I'm currently studying my MSc in Digital Marketing, and have experience in the care sector, I'm excited to work with an agency that specialises in sectors that I can help to make a real difference in."
This addition to the digital team is great news for Kenyons and its clients, and we’re looking forward to the future with Steve and Rian!
